Development Plan Items Screen
After you create a new development plan, you identify the objectives of the plan add an item for each goal, and choose the individual training courses and other activities to help meet the goal.
You do this on the Development Plan Items screen.
Adding or deleting development plan items may change the overall completion percentage for the plan.

You use the Development Plan Items screen to add the details of a development plan. After adding a development plan, the Development Plan Items screen can be accessed in several ways. - Contents of the Development Plan Items Screen
Use the fields in the Plan Item Details section to add a goal and the tasks, classes, or activities that must be completed to reach that goal. You can also perform actions like viewing the current plan details, adding a new plan, and managing all development plans. - Add a Development Plan Item
To complete a development plan you set an objective for the plan and add individual items, such as a training course, for you or a direct or indirect report to complete. - Edit a Development Plan Item
Modify the information in the fields on the Development Plan Items screen.
